B2L
B2L aims to eliminate barriers and create opportunities for student success in education through community collaboration among partners with shared interests in enhancing college access, completion, and postsecondary success.
PRIMARY GOAL
Operating under Broward Education Foundation, a registered 501c3, B2L empowers a more robust workforce pipeline by increasing the number of working age adults in Broward County attaining a post-secondary degree or high-quality certificate to 65 percent by 2030.
AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY
By increasing the number of students receiving a post-secondary education, we can address inequities and develop a larger pool of qualified talent in Broward County.
WHAT WE DO
Students who thought college was out of reach can get the resources and support they need from Bridge 2 Life. In partnership with K-12, higher education, industry, and out of school providers, B2L seeks to overcome the obstacles of college affordability and needed advising/mentor resources by supporting:

Scholarship (including Bright Futures) and college application supports

College bootcamps and college fairs

Career exploration

Work-based learning opportunities and internships

One-to-one advising
